Young philanthropist, actor, and restauranteur Jake T. Austin had a star named in his honor in 2019. What could be more appropriate for someone who shares so generously of his time with two of our favorite charities, The Make-A-Wish Foundation, and the Starlight Children’s Foundation. International Star Registry has been working with Make-A-Wish in various capacities since the 1990’s, and with the Starlight Children’s Foundation for over 20 years.
Before Jake T. Austin took to the dance floor on season 26 of Dancing With The Stars, he wowed Disney Audiences as “Max Russo” on Wizards of Waverly Place. For his stellar performance he was nominated and won numerous awards, including Hollywood Teen TV Awards “Favorite Televisions Actor.” Immediately following his success on Wizards of Waverly Place he appeared in 2 seasons of The Fosters, gaining additional Teen Choice Awards nominations.
